About the Role

The Healthcare Managing Director will play a pivotal role in expanding the firm's presence in the healthcare sector. This role involves leading and managing M&A and Capital Markets transactions within Healthcare Services, Biopharma, and Healthcare IT, providing strategic advisory services, and developing business strategies to secure new clients.

Job Requirements

  • Lead and manage M&A and Capital Markets transactions within Healthcare Services, Biopharma, and Healthcare IT sectors.
  • Provide strategic advisory services to mid-market companies and sponsors.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and secure new clients.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the firm's healthcare M&A strategy.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Work with senior bankers and deal team members on executing transactions.
  • Conduct industry research and keep up to date with market movements and developments.
  • Create financial analysis for projects, valuations, and projections.
  • Oversee financial modeling and due diligence of the deal process.
  • Prepare and organize marketing materials, client presentations, and information decks.

Qualifications

  • Track record of success generating and executing Healthcare transactions across M&A and Capital Markets.
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Finance from an accredited university.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, confident, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Proven transaction execution experience and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
  • Strong work ethic to get things done and become a leader in the industry/firm.
  • Ability to juggle and handle multiple projects at once.
