Effectively and efficiently manages activities and budgets, with a focus on patient-centered care and patient experience initiatives. Serves as a resource for internal departments in assessing needs and allocating appropriate resources.STATUS: Full Time LOCATION: Unity HospitalDEPARTMENT: Unity Hospital OperationsSCHEDULE: Weekdays; 8am-5pm, some flexibility requiredATTRIBUTESFive (5) years' experience in human services field or volunteer services management.RESPONSIBILITIESProgram Management. Oversees and manages the administrative and fiscal operations of assigned programs, including the control, utilization and conservation of physical and financial assets, personnel administration, supervision, financial management, planning, and program development. Ensures the efficient performance and quality outcomes of assigned areas of responsibility. In conjunction with department leaders, provides for the identification, analysis, development and recommendation of operating policies, systems, programs and standards and ensures appropriate documentation, implementation and compliance. Monitors quality and quantity of services delivery to ensure that both internal and external measures are met or exceeded. Ensure that monitoring systems are in place to track compliance with federal and state requirements impacting ancillary services. Implement an outreach plan to facilitate the growth of the volunteer population.Staff Management. Ensure that people are in appropriate positions, sets expectations and develops systems of accountability that align with strategic plans and operational initiatives. Establish, develop and implement goals and objectives for each department that reflect the mission, vision, and values of the organization and are aligned with the hospital strategic plan. Ensure that employees have the training necessary to comply with relevant laws and regulations. Customer Service. Seek out the input of patients and their families, department heads, and volunteer team members to identify, develop and implement best practices and services that improve the guest experience.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.PAY RANGE: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
