Integrative Emergency Services, LLC (IES) is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Workforce Development who will be responsible for developing and executing workforce strategies that enhance recruitment and retention of clinical staff. The bulk of clinical staff are providers supporting IES managed service lines at client hospitals ie) Emergency, Hospitalist, Anesthesia, etc. This role will focus on strengthening clinical talent pipelines, optimizing workforce planning, and fostering engagement initiatives to improve long-term staffing stability.
IES is dedicated to cultivating best practices in emergency care, providing comprehensive acute care services, creating value, and supporting patients, employees, clients, providers, and physicians in pursuit of the highest quality health care.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement workforce development strategies that align with IESs short- and long-term staffing objectives.
Develop initiatives to attract and retain high-quality physicians and clinical staff, ensuring robust talent pipelines.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to enhance sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and hiring processes. Continuously analyze current recruitment processes and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Research and apply new technologies, data analytics, and best practices to optimize clinical recruitment and workforce planning. Analyze workforce trends, including retention metrics and market conditions, to develop data-driven staffing solutions.
Lead change management efforts to evolve the recruitment and retention strategy to meet the needs of a dynamic healthcare environment. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring workforce strategies remain competitive and adaptable to industry changes.
Partner with leadership to address gaps in workforce supply and demand, including short-term coverage solutions and succession planning. Benchmark industry trends and adjust workforce strategies to maintain competitiveness in the healthcare sector.
Develop contingency workforce plans for crisis management, including emergency staffing strategies for unexpected surges in patient volume.
Support employer branding and engagement efforts to position IES as an employer of choice in the healthcare sector.
Engage with executive leadership and stakeholders to align workforce strategy with broader organizational goals.
Supervise and lead recruitment and workforce development team members, providing strategic oversight and professional growth opportunities.
Work closely with client leaders to identify site-specific staffing challenges and develop customized workforce strategies.
Oversee budget planning and cost management to ensure financial sustainability of workforce development strategies. Drive financial forecasting of workforce needs to align talent acquisition with business growth

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS

Business acumen with a focus on financial planning, cost management, and resource optimization.
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
Education / Experience: Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job.
Required:
B achelors degree in healthcare administration, business, human resources, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in workforce development, healthcare recruitment, or clinical operations.
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting
Preferred:
Experience in physician recruitment and workforce development in an emergency medicine or acute care setting.
Proven track record of implementing successful workforce strategies
