Essential Job Duties:

  • Lead a team of financial analysts to support various financial activities within the organization.
  • Analyze financial data, trends, and performance to provide valuable insights to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage a team.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling tools and ERP systems.
