Signet Health, a national leader in behavioral health management, is actively recruiting for a Registered Nurse to fill a permanent, full-time Executive Director/RN position.  This position will oversee the behavioral health program at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital in Clinton, MD. Position Overview:

In this highly visible role, you will manage the behavioral health program, which includes a 28-bed adult inpatient unit and a Partial Hospitalization Program. You will lead a team committed to providing high-quality care while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a successful and profitable inpatient behavioral health program.
• Ensure compliance with state, CMS, and TJC accreditation standards, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and integrity.
• Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure program sustainability.
• Develop and enhance referral networks to increase service utilization and community outreach.
• Establish resources and processes to achieve program goals and enhance effectiveness.
• Provide personnel management, fostering a culture of professional growth and development among staff.
• Conduct program analysis and evaluation to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s of Nursing (MSN) required.
• Proven experience leading a successful and profitable inpatient behavioral health program.
• Strong working knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards, with a focus on safety and quality.
• Experience in budgeting, financial management, and personnel management.
